Returns & Exchange

Since our company adopts unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you receive is under the guarantee of our company. We continue to fulfil this obligation. 

In the event of receiving a damaged package, you are encouraged to fill out the damage report and attach proof of damage before sending the package back. Please note that after the delivery of the product, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duties. Return of used and damaged products are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product to the condition it was delivered to, and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to use. 

  

Cancellation Return and Exchange Conditions 

  • Exchange Conditions; 

Since all products subject to sale are prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer, the Buyer is not entitled to exchange these products within this framework. 

If an item needs to be exchanged, it is vital that the package is in the same condition that it was delivered in.  

Exchange without the original issued invoice is not accepted. 

  • Return Policy 

​​Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition you received it and folded and packed in the original packaging. 

Due to our small collection each piece was created by hand which implies that not all pieces are identical. 

Damaged or defective products at the time of delivery of order can be returned by filling out the return and exchange form. Returns are made through the E-commerce department. 

  

Refund of product without the original issued invoice is not accepted. 

  • Refund Procedure on Request for Return 

The products that you want to return will be refunded to your credit card within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products in accordance with the conditions of return and you will be notified of the Provision Code by mail. The refund is to be reflected in your statement within the framework of your agreement with the bank. You can contact your bank with your provision code for refunds that are not reflected on your statement. 

The taxes and expenses paid at customs (customs duty, value added tax, excise and compensatory taxes etc.) arising from the delivery of the service delivery are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the issue of refund. The customer proceeds with this acceptance.  

We cannot accept any returns if tags are detached. 

There is no refund for products that have been modified, tailored in any way. The right to return damaged or defective products opened and controlled during the cargo company delivery is reserved. 

Our company does not cover the cost of cargo due to this process. 

  • Return Address Information Principles 

Return Information: Once the return process is completed, you will be notified by email. The Return Address is our contact address.
